Founded in 2024, RSDLGroup specializes in the Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat (BRRRR) model.
We have successfully completed multiple Baltimore projects and continue to expand our footprint through strategic acquisitions, sustainable construction, and community-focused development.
Our mission is to revitalize Baltimore’s housing and commercial corridors through disciplined investment and community-driven development.
RSDLGroup plans to grow its portfolio from 6 to 15 properties by 2027 while keeping occupancy rates above 95% and achieving strong financial returns, with project-level ROI over 25% and annual cash-on-cash returns above 10%. The company is also pursuing MBE and Developer Certifications, obtaining a Baltimore City General Contractor license for in-house construction management, and gradually expanding into vertically integrated businesses under RSDL Holdings, including a barbershop, salon, café, and print services.
